Designed to be engaging, supportive, and age-appropriate, the Counselor in Training (CIT) Program emphasizes leadership, responsibility, and teamwork while building confidence through hands-on experience in a fun, structured environment.

The Counselor in Training (CIT) Program is open to rising 8th and 9th graders of all experience levels and prioritizes leadership development, responsibility, and confidence. The focus is on growth and mentorship—not pressure, evaluations, or competition.

    Assist coaches and counselors during daily activities, sports rotations, enrichment blocks, and transitions.

    Learn how to manage groups, give instructions, model positive behavior, and handle real-world situations.

    Work closely with experienced educators and coaches who provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the program.
